Return & Exchange Policy

    1. If the goods you received are different from the products you ordered, you can contact our customer service staff within 7 days of receiving the products, and we will provide return and exchange services. If you need to return the ordered products, please make sure that all products are unopened (when the transparent packaging tape on the outer packaging box of the product has been torn off, it is also considered unopened) and attach the invoice and other items indicated on the shipping document details, and you will get refund.
    2. If the return is caused by our work error (the product received is not the ordered product, or the packaging is damaged, etc.), we will arrange refund after verification.
    3. Return process:

      • 2) Provide proof of problems (allergy report, product pictures, etc.) if necessary
      • 3) Send the ordered product back by express according to the customer service staff’s instructions
      • 4) After the express delivery back to our warehouse and is verified to be correct, a refund will be arranged within 7 working days
      • 5) Wait patiently for the refund, up to 10 working days
