Delivery Terms

  1. A shipping fee of 10 RMB will be charged for each order (free shipping conditions are subject to specific website notifications, please pay attention to relevant specific notifications).
  2. Orders placed before 16:00 will be processed on the same day, and orders placed after 16:00 will be processed on the second working day; the order placement time is based on the time you place the order and successfully pay.
  3. During some special event, due to system transmission problems, out-of-stock and oversold conditions may occur. If this happens, we will contact you as soon as possible. You can choose to cancel the order or wait new goods arrival. The delivery time is expected to be delayed by 5-7 working days. Thank you for your understanding.
  4. All ordered products will be delivered to you by express; the delivery time is subject to the delivery time of the express company. We will not be responsible for order delays or delivery failures due to the following circumstances:
    • 1) The information provided by the customer is incorrect or the address is unknown;
    • 2) No one signs for the goods after delivery, resulting in the costs and related consequences of non-delivery, delayed delivery or repeated delivery;
    • 3) Force majeure, such as natural disasters, traffic martial law, sudden war, etc.
